Elfreda Desvignes is a Community Activist and a part-time Business Owner. Elfreda Desvignes currently work in the property management industry, Elfreda Desvignes has been working for several years at apartment communities in different areas of Georgia.
Elfreda Desvignes have lived in Georgia since 2000, after growing up in Long Island, New York.
Elfreda Desvignes have devoted much of her adulthood to her passion of providing jobs by volunteering with the Atlanta and Cobb Georgia Department of Labor, hosting and volunteering at job fairs, even going as far as starting her own property management training company to help members of the community into the career path. Volunteering has always been a passion of Elfreda, and, as a single mother, she has instill the same values in her three children.
Elfreda Desvignes have volunteered with the Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless in Atlanta, the Cobb & Douglas Public Health Department’s Back to School Bash, and Osborne High School after School Modeling Program located in Marietta, Georgia and much more.
Elfreda Desvignes lost her mother to breast cancer in 2013. Losing her mother spurred her to turn her dreams of public service into action.
Elfreda Desvignes attended several training sessions in Washington DC, earned certifications in Fair Housing, Fundraising Training, Campaign Management Training, Future Candidate Training, and attended a White House Policy Briefing in 2019 with the hope of serving her community in the broadest and best possible way.
